Great experience with William from Bell Brothers today. Did heater maintenance service complete with pictures of my entire system...the good and the bad. My heater is 10+ years old, so some parts were nearing end of life and showing it. Provided options and costs based on OEM parts vs after market so I could choose. Very professional and not making hard sells on optional repairs. Very satisfied!

Excellent. Ryan, my A/C technician, was here first thing this morning, very promptly, and was professional, proficient, efficient, and helpful in every possible way. He changed out my air filter for me, cleaned the vent cover, checked my thermostat, cleaned and checked out my A/C on the roof of the house, verified that everything was working properly and well, even took my hose on the roof to clean the coils of the unit. He offered to clean my air ducts in the attic, and I suggested we wait for my furnace maintenance appointment in the Fall. He was friendly and patient as well as thorough. I am very grateful that he validated my confidence in his skills and demeanor. Thank you. I am happy to give him and his work the highest evaluation.

I had an excellent experience with Uziel Sandoval from Bell Brothers during a recent winter check-up for my HVAC system. He was incredibly thorough, identifying a couple of minor issues and addressing them on the spot. Uziel provided clear explanations, detailed photos, and even shared helpful product recommendations to help prolong the life of my unit. What really stood out was his professionalism and friendly demeanor. Uziel was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure I understood everything he was doing. It's rare to find service providers who go the extra mile like this! I now feel completely prepared for the winter, and I’ll definitely be calling Bell Brothers for future maintenance. The service techs are very knowledgeable and thorough with the service they give and they explain everything to us in detail. Today we had Serge (for plumbing) and Zack (for HVAC) and they were excellent! They are our "go to" techs!

Christian Honeycutt was very thorough and wonderful! He went above and beyond and was okay care of issues for me!

Fast and clear to understand. We were under their annual service plan and so when we had a small repair today, it was covered and no $0 charge. Tech showed me a photo of the wire that was detached on the circuit board of the furnace. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

My father-in-law had a problem with his heater not blowing warm air. We contacted Bell Brothers and they were able to come out within the hour. We had a motor that stop working. On Bell Brothers maintenance why do they try to sell more than what you need? Is that just there business ways?

Kevin, the supervisor, was our technician and he was checking the A/C system after coolant was added in August. He wanted to determine if the coolant was effective during the past several months and it, indeed was— and has been cooling the house in the summer months following that optimally. He checked the unit in the attic and the one outside to make sure everything was functional and all is well. He took photos and did not discover any problems. He has a teacher’s mindset, is interested in the problem and did a splendid job! Thanks, Kevin!

Tech Christian was friendly, and did a fine job in his status checks and explaining what he was doing. I notice that there is usually an attempt to sell another product or service with each visit. The prices quoted tend to be very high, and then there is an offer to negotiate.

Just had a semi annual maintenance club check of our a/c system. Our service tech Christian was great – – very thorough and explained things very thoroughly with photographs of our system. Christian was also very conscientious about keeping things neat and clean and leaving our house just as he found it. Bell Brothers are really committed to providing a high level of customer service.

Service was very good! They found things wrong with our system, but they were not pushy. We did a regular service, but ended up buying a whole new system!! We were SO pleased with the knowledge and wealth of service from their technicians. We”ll see how it goes in the next few weeks!! If the technicians are half as knowledgeable as these gentlemen were, we got it made! But they guarantee their work, so we feel we are covered!

Great service..wonderful customer service, with friendly knowledgeable crew.

I contracted with Bell Bros to replace my 27 year old HVAC system in my house in Elk Grove, CA. This replacement was unexpected but happened after I had them inspect my furnace system prior to usage this winter season. The inspection revealed failures in the heat exchanger which might lead to leakage of carbon monoxide gases into the system ducts during heating. After meeting with the Bell Bros technical estimators, I decided on having them install a new 2-stage gas furnace and 2-stage air condition system. This turned out to be a daunting (IMO) challenge of old system removal and new system customizaiton of physical support, electrical upgrade and total system integration into my house. The technical team sent by Bell Bros was up to the challenge and two days later I now have a new HVAC system which is safe, effective and long lasting. Bell Bros isn't the least cost vendor around but their entire team is professional, experienced and dedicated to a performance level I haven't seen in a long while.
