Bell Brothers have always been known as “The No Surprise Guys”. So what does that mean exactly?
Bell Brothers Guarantee
“No Surprises”, means the price we quote is the price you pay. Owners, Jerry and Kenny Bell discovered early on that their biggest frustration when working with other contractors was that halfway through the project, the contractor would add a few more parts and a little more labor to the job. At the end of the project, the invoice would end up being double what they expected it to be. Unfortunately that is a common practice in the construction industry. Unfortunately most contractors will not give you a price quote guarantee. The Bell Brothers decided to come up with an upfront price guide and the “No Surprise” Guarantee. Here is an example; let’s say we come out to your home and diagnose a repair and present the cost to you. Once you accept the repair at the price presented, that is all you pay. If our technician happens to begin the repair and finds that something else needed to be fixed, the Bell Brothers will complete the job correctly at no additional cost. That best practice is what we believe separates us from other vendors. Our Guarantee is second to none and our customers love it.
Core Value Guarantee
Bell Brothers, Jerry and Kenny Bell have built our reputation based on a set of core values that they began their business with. To be the trusted HVAC Company in the area means doing business the right way. Following the right core values and following through with an awesome guarantee allows us to be the best. We could share a bunch of stories with you about how we live these core values every day but we thought it would be more fun to have more transparency than that. These posters are all over our offices. When we have a success that supports one of these, we share it with each other. We will never claim to be perfect; the fact is everyone makes mistakes. We work hard not to make very many but when mistakes happen, what really counts is what we do about them.
We hope you will find comfort in that when choosing a contractor to repair or replace your home comfort system.
