1If you decide not to take advantage of the benefit, the Precision Tune-up and Professional Cleaning has no monetary value. Limited to 1 Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning per 6-month season. Furnace only memberships are limited to 1 Furnace Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning per year. Benefit must be redeemed before the end of each applicable season (summer and winter).
2If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Plumbing Maintenance has no monetary value. Limited to 1 maintenance per year. Tanked water heater flushes and tankless descales are performed based on equipment condition, which will be determined at the time of the appointment.
3Limited to do one no-cost drain clearing per year. Accessible cleanout necessary. Excludes Area Drains and Roof Drains.
4Bell Rewards Membership must stay current through the date of service. Offer applies to complete HVAC system, complete HVAC system with ductwork and/or attic insulation, repipe, water filtration systems, tankless water heaters and sewer replacement purchased from Bell Brothers.
5Standard service charges apply. Service on Sundays and major holidays excluded.
6The original 1-year warranty on any Bell Brothers repair(s) performed while a Bell Rewards member will be extended to a period of 2 years from the date of repair as long as you remain an uninterrupted Bell Rewards Member.
